Return & Refunds

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items eligible for return must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused

  • With all packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags

Products not eligible:

  • Open or used items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Final sale or clearance items (where noted)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at albashar.store@gmail.com

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. We will issue a Return Authorization

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • We sent the wrong item

5. Refunds

Once we receive the product and inspect it:

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund
